Everyday, they communicate their vast potential, diversity, and flexibility to express a growing knowledge of the world around them. Our goal at Playful Solutions is to strengthen and deepen these experiences by creating intensely rich experiences and environments for your learning spaces and by providing you with resources and learning opportunities to deepen your understanding of child-centered learning.
Our Work
We offer a variety of services for both family and educational settings. Our unique approach is inspired by the work of Loris Malaguzzi, founder of the Reggio Emilia approach. We believe children are active participants in their own quest for knowledge.

Environmental Design
Playful Solutions works alongside administrators and educators to create programs and environments that allow children to take an active part in their learning. Our innovative spaces are inviting, flexible, encourage community, and allow for diverse sensory experiences.
Professional Development
We additionally offer professional development services that focus on project coaching, Environment as the Third Teacher, the Image of the Child, and implementation of Project Approach and child-centered teaching.

Meet the Owners
Crystal
I am a teacher and a mom who has seen the incredibly powerful impact the Reggio Emilia philosophy can have on young children. I began my journey at the Early Learning Centers in Lawrence Township, first as a co-teacher and later as a lead teacher in my own classroom.
I continued to teach, grow, and learn alongside my colleagues and students until my daughter was born. I then left the classroom to create a home learning environment built on the same foundations of curiosity and self-confidence I valued in the classroom. It is important to me that our home environment and school culture reflect those same beliefs.
Diana
As a wife, mom, and business owner, I'm passionate about my family and my career. My business background and experience comes from owning and managing 401 Fitness, a successful Personal Training and Corporate Wellness business. There, I developed and implemented several corporate wellness programs for small and large corporations to benefit their employees’ wellness.
Coming from the corporate world as a busy, multi-tasking mom, it was important to me to create an environment for my family that is inviting, respectful, and allows for both independent and supervised play. I'm excited to work with a team that can bring a similar environment into your home or learning community!
